If an item is found to be damaged upon receipt, you must notify us either by email or by telephone within 48 hours. You must include a photo of the damaged item, indicating the extent of the damage. Once it has been established that the item has arrived to you in an unsatisfactory condition, then we will make arrangements to collect the item from the same address it was delivered to. You will then have the choice of a replacement being sent out or receiving a full refund.
In the event that you have simply changed your mind and no longer want the item that has been delivered to you, we reserve the right not to accept certain returns, subject to supplier guidelines. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item, and if the item is returnable, you will bear the cost of returning the item to the designated delivery address.
- For items under £100, simply contact us and we will authorize the return for you.
- For items over £100 that are not items of furniture, we have discretion as to whether that item can be returned. In the event it can be returned, it may incur a 10% handling fee, subject to supplier guidelines.
- For pieces of furniture, we have discretion as to whether that item can be returned, and in the event of a return, there will be a 10% handling fee.
